This is a video about how to get rid of stage fright from the perspective of someone who grew up shy but realized that speaking & performing was his ticket to see the world.

I started small by entering talent shows in junior high, joining the debate team in high school, and eventually performing around the world & going out for America's Got Talent.

At each step along the way I've had to relearn how to not get too freaked out, so I thought these tips & tricks might help you if you're interested.
