With a band around the handle of a kettlebell which is sitting in line with your toes, lift it off the ground, allow it to swing back, then explosively drive it up with your hips and glutes, guiding it with the arms. Allow it to quickly fly back down, as you squat and repeat the process.
DO NOT resist the KB on the way down. Allow it to fall to the bottom of the squat, at which point you then reactively drive it back up.
