Summary of my day | Aug 31, 2021 - I went for a jog at 7:30. Listened to a podcast about extending your life. Was passed by a woman walking her baby in slippers. My dad read the shopping list where I wrote “Get healthy drinks to replace diet soda” and he agreed that I could get him alternatives. “I drink whatever is here.” Did the job interview on the phone. Went to the beach an interview tomorrow. A friend pick me up and took me to her place where I worked on my freelance copywriting. And she drove me home and they did the nightly gratitude exercise with my niece and nephew and sister.
