It continues ladies and gentlemen. We are back with another video to talk about Pokemon GO aka Niantic. It seems like Niantic just does not get it and they continue to let money be the main focus and not their players, fun and overall spirit of the game. As someone who has been very critical of Niantic in the past (and rightfully so) as well as many others being critical, we are critical because we care about the game and the players who invest into something they enjoy. Pokemon GO USED to be something that was genuinely worth while when it came to many aspects, but when money takes priority over the fans, you have shown beyond any doubt that you have lost the way! As someone who has followed this game for 6 years, I have seen a lot come and go and over the last few years, it’s been getting much worse! Pokemon GO may be killed off by Niantic and it would be all thanks to greed and being oblivious to community concerns. ? So, Niantic responded. That was the only plus to this situation is that they “responded” …but the response was TERRIBLE! Absolutely abysmal regarding providing us with clarity and logic behind why the removed the 80 meters increased radius. From the wording of this post, it almost seems like they are encouraging gatherings with the distance reduction which need I remind Niantic, WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC!!! There is also allegedly the Delta Strand now being an issue too…so Niantic continues to double down on their poor choices and this response was so bland and non-committal, it is truly baffling. How hard is it to make a mere change?
