ACCUSED HAJARA NAKANDI PINNED TO HAVE CUT OFF SUSAN MAGARA'S FINGERS
The accused persons in the murder case of Magara Abas Buvumbo, Yusuf Lubega, Hussein Wasswa, Muzamiru Ssali, Hassan Kato Miiro, Hajara Nakandi, Abubaker Kyewolwa, Mahad Kasalita, and Ismail Bukenya who appeared Judge Alex Ajiji of high court criminal division.
The 10th prosecution witness was Frank Nyakairu the intelligence officer attached to CMI who tracked all the 18 phone numbers used by the kidnappers to communicate to Susan Magara's family while asking for a ransom.
Nyakairu told court that, he tracked several phone numbers which was used by the kidnapper to ask for the ransom although, they later murdered Susan Magara.
