Script: Hi guys it’s Halyna! I’m going to explain to you the Halyna method which is the shifting method I currently use to shift for a few days. I have already shifted a few times until now but I want to precise that for the moment, I haven’t successfully shifted with this method but the reason is that I always fall asleep at the beginning of it, I never have enough time to fully do it but I will do a subliminal to fall asleep once method is finished so there would be no problem anymore. I use an AI voice found on “from text to speech” because I don’t have enough time alone in my day to record it myself so I’m really sorry for that. Also, I make grammar and conjugation mistakes so don’t hesitate to put in comments what you didn’t understand. So, for the Halyna method, I will share with you my current shifting routine and then the steps of the method! At first, during the day, I try to listen as much as I can to subliminals. Shifting subliminals are just a few ones in my playlist so I try to keep them in the end of it so that if I finish listening soon, I can listen to my shifting subs again without having to get a shifting mood again. Also, I read fanfictions on wattpad about my dr (i’m currently shifting to my hero academia) and if I find shifting or manifestation videos, i try to watch them. But after dinner, I try to watch at least an episode of my hero academia to visualize better and then I read the manga until I decide to go to bed. After that, I try to figure out if there’s something I haven’t done (to avoid distracting myself while shifting). When I go to bed, I start by affirming in my head that I am no longer in my current reality, that I am pure consciousness and that I shifted and am now in my desired reality. I try to repeat that a few times, forgetting my current reality to think about my dr (you also have to know that I often think about things from my current reality when I am trying to shift so this is an important step for me. I don’t want to be disturbed again because my crush is on my mind) So from that, when I feel that I am starting to feel detached from my current reality, I start visualizing my desired reality around me as if I was already there. Anyway, from the moment you affirm that you are in your desired reality, you are already there, you just have to persist in that idea. I try to visualize as much as I can and after I start the next step (if I haven’t already fallen asleep at that moment. Also, the attempt I got the closest is when I did it), so here it is: I start affirming in my head what i will do in my desired reality: for example, i affirm things like “Later I will wake up in my desired reality, woken up by “Get up” by Newjeans and then by cars and traffic (because I live in an apartment in a city)” (in french, the affirmations i use are more specified so it helps me believing it will happen to me after) and I say affirmations like that for as many things I want to do that day as possible. At the same time, it makes me feel excited and increases my vibrations. I can say: “later I will go to UA” or “later I will shout in the streets because I will have shifted”. I think that these kinds of affirmations are really helpful because they help me believe that I will really live it after. Also, it’s a form of manifestation because by affirming that, you’re planning and creating your reality in a way that corresponds to what you’re affirming during the method. Also, something I like a lot is that it helps with visualization, you see yourself doing what you plan to do easier because you have already affirmed in the first step that you’re detached from your cr and aligned with your desired reality so it makes me believe that once you’re not in your current reality anymore (and you are no longer in your current reality at that moment because you affirmed it), it is easier for you to believe that you are going to live your desired things than when you think about them in your current reality.
