In this video I remix different scenes from my scouting sessions to create a short trailer like highlight reel. Editing videos can be another form therapy by utilizing artistic expression.
Art Therapy integrates psychotherapeutic techniques and uses the creative process to improve mental health and well-being. Making art can improve and enhance the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages and genders. Based on the belief that the creative process encourages self-expression, Art Therapy helps people resolve internal conflicts without verbal communication. Art Therapy also develops interpersonal skills, manages behavioral issues, reduces stress, and increases self-esteem and awareness.
