Today I test 5 IDE drives, 4 of them from the server covered in previous videos and one of them that I picked up from another system. 3 of them work with no issues, one had a minor failure, and next video I will try to fix the one that does not work. I may investigate the RAID card further at a later time, as it seems rather interesting.

Today I discuss some of my favorite cassette tapes made by a company called Reel Cleer. These tapes look like tiny reel to reel tapes or have swirl patterns on them. It's still possible to buy modern replica reel tapes if you are looking for something similar for not nearly as much, or it wouldn't be difficult to make your own.

In the final (maybe?) of the 5870 saga I take it apart and find that it has nothing obvious that would point to it being an engineering sample. Most I can assume is that sensors are just read through the BIOS.
