Exodus 19:3-6 If you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is mine.
Deuteronomy 14:2 God gave Israel laws because they are different from other people, they belong to God. Out of all the people in the world he chose them to be his own special people.
