Speaking to Strangers about their Feet Ch. 6 | Accumulate Positive Emotions
In Chapter 1 of this video series “Embrace the Struggle,” I dealt with using the method of opposite action as a way of how to handle fear, how to handle sadness, how to handle shame, and how to handle rejection as it relates to talking to strangers, specifically women about their feet. To review, when anxiety, depression, and stress prompt negative emotions producing non-constructive effects, you change the negative emotion by acting opposite to its action urge to produce constructive effects.
In Chapter 5 it was discussed that one of the ways of reducing vulnerability to negative thoughts is to accumulate positive emotions. What is accumulating positive emotions? Why is accumulating positive emotions important? How is accumulating done? What is the constructive result of accumulating positive emotions? The answers will help to increase self confidence.

Here you’ll see the results of my progression.
