To really build your chest, consider adding in Dumbell work. But, this will involve using significantly less weight. I stress the point greatly in the video, so I won't elaborate here. FOCUS on form, range of motion, and maximum muscle contraction. Put your stupid ego aside to better maximize strength gains. SERIOUSLY. This is Keto Bodybuilding, we don't do half measures. Lift heavy, but do it right!
In the video, we do dumbell bench press, close grip, shovel fly, regular fly. you can also do a pin press variation by laying on the floor, but I find that doing the regular dumbell bench is adequate as I show you.

Do you realize that for years I'm going to be telling the same simple truths? Well, it is true. It is EASIER to lose weight than maintain a high weight. You are overcomplicating your life with BS beliefs just to satisfy your ego. I get it, it sucks coming to the conclusion that you need to change. Change sucks, but do you want to look better or not? I advise Smart Keto and ketoVORE (fcstrength.com and ketobodybuilding.com, respectively). But, I can give anyone a high carb diet and make them lose weight. I just prefer my custom diets. It isn't always how you eat but what you eat. It isn't always about what you eat but how you eat. The simple answer is true, that you are overconsuming food energy. You support this by BS excuses that you never put your conscious energy towards. I get into these topics in this video.

My, oh my, have things changed since I've started this lil' ol' channel. I've grown a lot, made a ton of new friends, gained a loyal following, but it is myself that has changed the most. I've decided to go completely on my own here and just pray that it is worthwhile and beneficial to the community.
I have to make a stand here, regardless of the backlash from the horde of 15 year olds on drugs and non-foods as the main portion of their diets. It isn't healthy and the younguns don't know better. Heck, most adults fall into the trap in search of 'gains bruh'.
The percentage of individuals on some kind of PED is dramatically up from decades in the past. We are smarter, have more access to information via the internet and that comes along with it endless temptation. So, we think we have found easy ways to maximize 'gains bruh'. But have we? Is all of this non-food actually healthy, even acutely? I am arguing that beyond an extreme fraction of a serving per day that it isn't.
I had been swayed a bit by the prospects of some of these recipes as it offered a fountain of limitless calorie-less food.... but all isn't as rosy as it seems. Your body won't like it. I've recoiled and gone firmly in the direction of REAL FOOD (Real Food Rots). My cookbook will be all real food with simple substitutions to eliminate unnecessary calories and increase food volume the right way.
They took the easy way out by eliminating fats. Is the easy way out often the right way? It's lazy. It shows. As such, I developed my Smart Keto diet a long while ago. I've kept an open mind and it continues to grow positively towards further health. Your doctor would approve in large part. It is realistic and it gets you off of junk food.
Please people, reconsider what the hell you are doing.
