Somone tried to stop me filming an event. I thought I would tell you about a film I am going to upload in a few days. I was at an event where probably a few hundred people were taking pics and vids, and this chap who never stated who he was or who he worked for (he did have a council coat on) told me I must leave. He said I could not take pics or anything because I did not have a press pass on display. I was outside in public and so do not need a press pass and I have the right to film. Not only did he try to make me leave he put his hands on me and called me names. I did not see him try to stop any of the other hundred or so people filming. My only conclusion is that I may look like a member of a certain religion, as to why he targeted me. I also felt in fear of assault or worse.
