Final Squat Top Set of the first training block. This was supposed to be RPE 9, but felt around 7.5, or maybe even less. I think I had at least 2 or 3 more reps in the tank.
Man, I was not feeling strong at all today. Ques felt off, unracking game was really off, etc. However, my MIND wanted to excel. Despite everything, having 110 percent confidence makes all of the difference. The hardest part was just unracking the bar, but the rep itself went just fine. I just realized that you can't quite see all of the weight on the bar, particularly the 2.5 Kg plate at the end. That is unfortunate. I AIN'T NO LIAR, THOUGH. 120 Kgs MINIMUM is coming this year ??.

Quick back-off set of 3 at 57.5 Kgs after my 60 Kgs x5 set. Was a little tougher than expected due to fatigue, but it went fine, regardless.

Man, I was feeling absolutely GREAT today. feeling really strong, form is becoming a lot more solid, and I think my decision to dial back is starting to pay off.
BUT my WORTHLESS Speakers and/or Laptop continues to keep cutting out, and failing me, right when I need it most. I think I could have definitely got to 10 reps, or close tonit hut the music getting out completely threw me off my game, and that was it. However, I still managed to get the same amount of reps as last week, but with 5 kilos more, and exceeding the targeted rep range (3 reps) by mor than a twice the amount; so hey, I will take it ??

I was feeling pretty run down today. Hectic week has been catching up to me! Humid as hell, too. The weight felt heavier than usual, and the reps were a lot slower, and grindier. I didn't want to push it too hard, given my performance; do I did enough reps to make it fairly challenging, but not completely wreck me, fatigue wise.

Given the fact that I haven't done AMRAP heavy sets in a while, thus a bit out of practice, and was really tired, and not at my best, I am not too disappointed in this set, overall. I really think I had six in me, but I think I paused for too long at the top after the fifth, and lost some gas/momentum. I keep getting stuck at that 5 rep mark with 60 KGs. I need to break past that barrier.

This is a clip taken from my recent Block 2 Week 4 Comp Deadlift session. Full vid is on my channel! This is an overall PR in terms of weight for reps lifted, but I was hoping it would go better than this. I am not happy with how my left leg was spazzing out a bit involuntarily, during the reps. It may have been an issue with positioning, maybe my grip slipped on my left (weaker) hand, just simply not being at my best, or even perhaps it is a sign of imbalances. I'm going to try and improve on this. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

Another off day, with sub-par energy levels, and performance. This is not a rep PR, as I got the same amount of reps with this weight a little while ago, but I did not want to go too crazy, as I was definitely not feeling it today. I could have grinded out at least a couple more, I think, but I think at this point, it is a better idea to save some in reserve, so I can hopefully get back to better performance next week.
