This detoxification process often leads to weight loss as well. Good Liver health is another effect of birch tree sap by neutralizing toxic waste products in the liver such as pesticides, saturated fat and alcohol. Birch Tree water contains a similar array of vitamins and nutrients as coconuts but also contains saponin, a compound that has been shown to have blood cholesterol lowering properties. Hey here is my spicy vegan chickpea (garbanzo beans) recipe! This recipe can be made in 1 minute and tastes amazing. You can also mix this with other things like avocado, salsa, tortilla chips among other things. If you are transitioning to veganism this is an excellent recipe, at least for me it was, to replace meat with. Chickpeas are very hardy and chewy and give that same fullness meat gives. Avoid or fix back pain while driving with this one simple tips. A large percent of the population spends at least 30 minutes a day in a car. This can end up having a very negative effect on your back if you are sitting with bad posture in your car. Most car seats are not designed with proper back support in mind, they are designed for comfort and although the first 20 minutes in a car may feel comfortable or even the whole trip it will slowly push your spine out in the the wrong direction. To alleviate this problem all you need is a simple back support that can be purchased at any dollar store. When you put it in your car don't just put it on your seat and leave it, it will be too low for your back you need to zip tie it down so you can raise it up 6 inches or so. When you sit in your car you want your butt to be under the curve of the back support and the mesh part should be pushing into your back just above your lower back.
