This time around on Let's Repair we have a guest on for the first time: my friend Sean! This video is all thanks to him as this is his original Xbox One X Project Scorpio edition we repaired. After dealing with months of general slowdown, errors auto-saving, and countless other issues it seemed his Xbox One X decided to take a long nap. This resulted in the console being able to turn on and off, but not displaying any sort of signal when hooked up to a screen. Many people would instantly point to something wrong with the HDMI port or encoder chip, but based on what Sean had told me I thought it might be worth inspecting the internal hard drive. So far this is also the longest episode to date as we had several discussions while working on this together. Packing a punch this month with a slew of topics ranging from the PS4 to PS2, Vita, Switch, and... Pregnancy tests? The much anticipated 6.72 jailbreak for PS4 has released and is slowly becoming more stable with each update to the jailbreak itself. The PS2 also got some great updated support in the form of FunTuna, a fork of Fortuna which now truly allows for FreeMCBoot on EVERY PS2 without the need for a hardmod! FreeDVDBoot also has been backported to more DVD Player versions, meaning phat PS2 consoles are slowly but surely gaining support for it. PS4 firmware downgrading isn't possible (yet) but we're getting close with a confirmed firmware reverting method now out in the wild!
