Serves : 4-5 peoples
Ingredients:
- Gram Flour : 1.5 cup (150g approx)
- Semolina : 1/2 cup
- Ginger : 1/2 inch
- Green Chilies : 4-5 nos.
- Salt : 1 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Plain Curd : 1/2 cup
- Water : 1 cup
- Carrot : 1/2 no. (finely chopped)
- Tomato : 1 no. (finely chopped)
- Capsicum : 1 no. (finely chopped)
- Beetroot : 1/2 no. (50g)
- Onion : 1 no. (finely chopped)
- Tofu or Paneer (Cottage Cheese) : 100g (sliced in small cubes)
- Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
- Cooking Oil : 2-3 drops (optional)
- Schezwan Sauce : 1/4 tsp x number of chillas
- Coriander Sauce : 1/4 tsp x number of chillas
- Diced Cheese : 50g (optional)
