I really enjoyed filming this workout and felt at the end that it had been a challenging full body workout. Using the band requires you to deeply engage your core to stabilize and maintain your posture. It’s tough, it’s challenging & fun, a great combination.

This is the perfect stand-alone core/abs challenge or you can add it on at the end of one of my other workouts.
You’ll work through ten different exercises. We do each exercise for 50 seconds then you have a 10-second rest before we move on to the next one.
Whilst it’s ten minutes long, feel free to repeat it as many times as you like, why not make it a 20 or 30-minute workout and really get your abs fired up !!!!
No equipment required.

Spoiler alert !! You will this on your glutes for a day or so after completing this workout , fabulous OUCH incoming!!
Let’s take 10 minutes or so to work on activating and strengthening our glutes.
This workout is an ideal workout when you are short on time, great pre run or pre gym session or when you simply want to work on your glutes. You will need a band ( you decide the strength but do challenge yourself).
Please follow my instructions , think about posture, engaging your abdominals, isolating the movement.
If you are going on holiday anytime soon, pop your band in your luggage and you can take me with you & we can do this workout whilst you are enjoying a break.

Sometimes adding a simple prop like sliders to your Pilates workout can really increase the challenge and fun.
I loved filming this workout and guarantee you will be working hard . We start with lunges to fire up your glutes, hamstrings and quads. We will continue with more standing exercises to challenge your hip mobility and balance. We then move onto plank variations to build core and upper body strength. Finally, we will be finishing with lots of Roll Back and Roll Up variations to ensure you connect with your abdominal muscles and feel challenged.
