Join me as I take a POV run at Gate Keepers section of Twrch Trail in Cwmcarn.
Get your fix of singletrack fun and downhill action at Cwmcarn’s mountain bike trails. Cwmcarn is less than half an hour’s drive from the Prince of Wales Bridge and just 10mins from J28 of the M4.
The wild and more natural contouring singletrack trails are ‘Cafall’ and legendary ‘Twrch Trail’. Both Red graded trails will keep you firmly focused on your riding, but stop for a breather and look about and you’ll be looking out over the Bristol Channel.

Join me as I remove my old trusted 29er Magic Mary 2.6 to replace it with a new Tacky Chan 2.4 Evo Super Trail Addix.
Here I use a Tyre Glider!
Tyre Glider is a hand-held tool designed to help change tyres easily, with speed and works for all tyre widths and cycling disciplines.
Whether you’re a keen road cyclist or an aspiring mountain biker, the Tyre Glider is an essential
piece of your cycling kit.
Save yourself the stress and hassle of changing a tyre with weak, flimsy tyre levers & switch to Tyre Glider.

Another full crack at GBU.
There are some huge dropoffs and tabletop jumps on this trail.
I manage to make nearly all the tabletops in this unedited full run.
I feel like I'm progressing on this trail as I get more familiar with it and hope for a better run in the future.

Todays ride is a POV run down the newly modified Endo Trail @ Forest of Dean. This trail has been recently upgraded and the bottom half of the trail is completely new. With a succession of big fast berms and a few big jumps to keep the pulse racing. It's definitely worth giving it a go if you can.
