Yes you can. Make sure your UEFI motherboard also has Legacy Bios or CSM Support and enable them to get it working. You will need the floppy drive to usb adapter or an external floppy disk drive too.

But I do not have the CFBR Mod for my Xbox 360 since it is not a JTAG or RGH. This is played on my PS3 with Custom Firmware since it is a lot easier. I now use normal mode since using left stick and the right stick which is now easy for me.
