1. Always be learning, What can I learn from this situation.
2. be conscious and aware as much as possible. practice it daily and make your choices as conscious as possible. Meditation helps a lot.
3. Have some structure in your life especially the first 1-2hrs after getting up. have a strong routine that helps you with your life in the long-term.
4. Don't eat processed / junk foods - theres a reason why their called junk because thats literally what they are.
5. get human contact on a daily / weekly basis. Don't starve yourself of connection as it will give you mental health issues.
6. Be nice whenever possible, it's always possible.
7. Find out what your goals and purpose in life is and go for it with eveything you got.
