Today, I literally was running 9 miles per hour on the treadmill. I touched it and then dropped to 8 mph and held it for a while.The treadmill I am using is the Weslo Cadence g 5.9i Treadmill. It is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I have not ran like that since I weighed about 260 lbs. about 5-6 years ago.
