being on flipnote hatena as a kid is the whooole reason i started animating digitally and permanently changed the trajectory of my life, and i made this to show the biggest appreciation imaginable for those days, even if those days are over im eternally grateful that it lead me to where i am today, and i can express myself at alll times!!!

animating this was rly fun, just felt carefree drawing my old and new characters with pixels like i always did :33 feels like i was meant to animate with pixels hehe

when i wrote the song it wasn't originally supposed to be a tribute to flipnote, so the lyrics don't have anything to do with flipnote LOL... but the way i expressed my words in such a happy and carefree way just gave me flipnote vibes and adding the flipnote sound effects just felt right xD
