The Body Flicker technique is a jutsu that's been part of Naruto sice the beginning of the story. Some characters like Shisui Uchiha are known for their prowess with the jutsu, but we see several characters using the jutsu throughout the series like Kakashi, Jiraiya, Itachi, Orochimaru, Minato, and many others. The problem is that the Body Flicker jutsu breaks the universe of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden in some regards. The Tailed Beast Bomb is one of the jutsus people say ruined the Naruto power system causing power creep in the Naruto series. The Bijuudama is an orb of chakra the tail beast spits against the target which explodes violently. The first time we saw this jutsu was in the 4 Tails vs Orochimaru fight. The Nine Tails used the justsu destroying the triple Rashumon. We then Saw this jutsu when Killer Bee used it in his 8 Tails form in the Killer Bee vs Sasuke fight. The 6 Tails version of Kurama also used it in the Naruto vs Pain fight. But the Tailed Beast Bombs really began to appear in the Naruto War Arc. When Naruto mastered KCM2 befriendding Kurama he learned the Bijuudama. Naruto used that in the Naruto vs Obito fight, defeating the other Tailed Beasts in the Bijuudama clash. We also saw this jutsu in the Madara vs Hashirama fight when Madara used his Susanoo Sword to enhance the Tailed Beast Bomb. The 10 Tails then showed the most powerful tailed beasts bombs in Naruto Shippuden. The Nine Tails and Eight Tails vs Ten Tails was a festival of Bijuudamas. The Juubi also destroyed the Shinobi Alliance Headquarters with a Bijuudama eliminating Shikaku, Inoichi, Ao, and Mabui. Juubito used the Ten Tails Tailed Beast Bombs with the Six Crimson Ray formation trying to wipe out the Shinobi Alliance as well. It's definitely a very powerful jutsu. Itachi Uchiha is one of the most intelligent characters in the Naruto series. Itachi's first appearance involved a complex plan that Itachi implemented as a double agent for the Leaf Village. Itachi needed to warn Danzo to stay away from Sasuke after Hiruzen's Death, make sure Konoha understands the threat the Akatsuki poses, make sure he does a convincing job pretending to cature Naruto and the Nine Tails, without killing anyone in the process. It's in this situation when we see Itachi using 100% of his intellect for the first time. We see Itachi vs Kakashi, Itachi vs Kurenai, and Itachi vs Jiraiya, Itachi vs Sasuke, as well as the first appearance of Kisame. in this arc. And we get iconic moments such as Itachi's genjutsu reversal on Kurenai, the first Tsukuyomi, and the first Amaterasu.
