Today I'm going to show you how to make the easiest strawberry pie(with oats).
This is the easiest strawberry pie I've ever made and it's great for beginner bakers.
This fresh strawberry pie is a must make when berries are in season. You’ll LOVE the perfectly sweet filling with tons of fresh strawberries. But you can allways use frozen strawberries if the season is over.
Ingredients:
280 g rolled oats (3 cups)
1 egg
40 g erythritol sweetener (maple syrup, sugar, etc) (5 tbsp.)
pinch of salt
3 g baking powder (3/4 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g unsalted butter ( 1/2 cup)
grease with butter
23 cm/ 9 inch baking pan size
500 g strawberries (2 1/2 cups.)
40 g erythritol sweetener/ (maple syrup, sugar, etc) (5 tbsp.)
10 g cornstarch ( 1 1/4 tablespoons)
bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
