It is important to refrain from using pejorative language for several reasons. Firstly, using derogatory language can cause harm to individuals and groups of people. It can contribute to a culture of discrimination and prejudice and can create a hostile and unwelcoming environment for those who are targeted by such language.
Additionally, the use of pejorative language is often tied to a history of oppression and marginalization. For example, certain racial slurs have been used as a means of dehumanizing and denigrating Black people throughout history. It is important to recognize and acknowledge this history, and to refrain from using language that perpetuates harmful stereotypes and prejudices.
Finally, the use of pejorative language is simply not necessary or productive. There are always more respectful and inclusive ways to communicate, and using such language ultimately serves only to divide and harm people. We should strive to create a more compassionate and understanding society, and one way to do this is by choosing our words carefully and refraining from using language that is hurtful or degrading.

I started Dear Woke Christian as a response to the turmoil of 2020. I saw the error in thinking within the Christian community and I wanted to provoke us to think Biblically about issues. So I started writing letters. My hope is to stir up conversation and critical thinking above emotions. Though emotions are good in context much of what's being pushed is "Act now, think later". That's far removed from a Biblical approach and I wanted to stir my brothers and sisters to ask better questions.
My CCC survey. Give me some feedback. Let me know how I can improve and continue to add value. https://tinyurl.com/dwcytsurvey

While Matt Chandler has had his moments of solid Biblical thought, his message has become clouded with non-Biblical ideas in the wake of the events of 2020. From soft-pedaling to heavy-handed pushing, his words may no longer provide the clear-headed guidance you seek. If you're looking for a fresh perspective that will inspire and challenge you, then it's time to explore other voices in the world of Biblical thought. Don't miss this important conversation on the future of Christian discourse.

My first trip on an E-bike! I was impressed. Have no fear this channel won't become a bike channel. I just need to get out on the trials more. If @trekbikes wants to sponsor me, I am open to it.
