Historical Context of Thomism Program Air Date: Sunday, October 21st, 2018 – 9am News Radio 930 WFMD in Frederick, Maryland
Thomism is the system of philosophy developed by Thomas Aquinas, a Catholic scholar who harmonized the philosophy of Aristotle with the theology of Christianity. Thus, creating a system of thought that has become one of the most influential in history.
Aquinas’ philosophy was popular during his lifetime, but where did philosophy go after Aquinas? For example, David Hume’s denial of a connection between cause and effect. Charles Darwin’s view that is called Darwinism. Kierkegaard’s leap of faith.
Here to help us know if something could come into being without any efficient cause, and to explain the principle of proportionate causality, are…

Christian Nationalism: Defining Theonomy
There’s an unseemly battle royale taking place among Christian conservatives this year. Some of the fight is over semantics, some is over vision for the future, and some of it (sadly) is due to personality conflict.
The panel spends six episodes attempting to directly expose the issues involved, hoping to forthrightly frame the various dialogs within a biblical context. This is a VERY complex issue that touches upon how to understand what’s called Theonomy (in distinction from Theocracy and Sacralism), how understand prophecy (primarily in relation to Postmillennialism, Amillennialism, and Preterism), and how to understand the moniker “Christian Nationalism” (as distinct from Christianity proper, Christendom, and even Sharia Law).
That’s a lot to cover. This is episode 1 of 6. The full discussion of six shows is available as one long video on the Rumble channel for Household of Faith in Christ. https://rumble.com/v2kr5kc-video-gg-theonomy-and-christian-nationalism.html

Troy Skinner. Pastor, Household of Faith in Christ
Daniel Razvi. Pastor, Church That Meets at Imran’s

It was Christmas weekend and Pastor Troy Skinner was invited to lead the Fairview Chapel worship service and preach God's Word to God's people.
This sermon draws from a series of messages which focus upon the Epistles of John. The title is "The Good, the Bad, and the Beautiful Truth", and it exegetes 3 John 1-12. (An alternate title is "Testify the Truth, Beloved".)
Note: Household of Faith in Christ hosted shared church event on 11-27-21, with all three churches in our local network of house churches coming together to celebrate the beginning of Advent season. So, there was no live stream for this particular weekend. This video is uploaded to fill that gap.

What is the State of the Dead?
Program Air Date: Sunday, April 1st, 2018 – 9am
News Radio 930 WFMD in Frederick, Maryland
It’s tax season. Since they say all you can be sure of is death and taxes, and this is not a financial advice show, let’s turn our attention to death, which affects us all. It’s true if we’ve lost a loved one to the “grim reaper”. And it’s true even if we haven’t. So, what is our eternal destiny? What happens to us when we die? This show’s panel has all the answers. ? During this show we might need to define some terms, and possibly split a few hairs. For example, is there a difference between “immortal” souls and “eternal” souls? How is the immortality or eternality of God different (and/or the same) as our immortality or eternality?
The panel:
Troy Skinner. 930 WFMD Host/Moderator of The Faith Debate.
Jonathan Switzer. Past-President of Frederick’s Evangelical Ministerial Fellowship, Founder of “Frederick 48”, former candidate for School Board in Frederick County, Founder of Crossroads Valley Church, and Co-Founder of The Faith Debate.
Morgan Kochenower. Lead Pastor of Frederick Seventh-day Adventist Church and former missionary.

There was no Household of Faith in Christ video for the 2022 Thanksgiving Weekend worship service. So, this upload to meant to fill that gap. (It's understood that this is a bit of a "forced fit" for the SermonAudio platform, but it's a video that's been blocked on other platforms and Household of Faith in Christ believes it is important to preserve access to this video in a place that is free from censorship).
This is the compilation of eight videos which were recorded from America's capitol on the day of the famous (infamous?) election integrity rally. It is a day that has since been much discussed and with loads of controversy.
Pastor Troy Skinner was on hand for the immense gathering in a variety of capacities. One capacity was as a concerned citizen of the United States. Another capacity was as a pastor desiring to observe things for historical context, so as to be better able to lead God's people in the role of undershepherd for Christ. An additional capacity was as an on-the-scene reporter for News Radio 930 WFMD (the radio station on which Pastor Skinner hosts two radio shows, "The Faith Debate" and "Frederick's Forum").
This footage was originally livestreamed from the base of the Washington Monument and the streets of Washington DC. The perspective provided during these thirty-seven and a half minutes is likely to be much different than many of the other videos and reports circulating the internet since that day.
