MSU-1 stands for Media Streaming Unit MSU-1 refers to a rom-hack/patch that replaces the audio with high definition audio and in some cases can include video cutscenes. Some of them can even be played on the original hardware. You can find custom music packages, often called MSU packs, and configure them for use with original hardware, bSNES, the SuperNT, and the snes9x emulators.
This was emulated on bSNES for 16:9, HD, Mode 7. It's pretty sweet.

This Game is tough. It's like RC Pro AM, Mario Kart, and Twisted Metal all in one. You have to memorize every track, and your opponents will stop at nothing until you are in last place. In fact the single player AI is the closest to real online players that I have ever seen in a racing game. They are ruthless opponents, that will stop and wait for you to come by just to blow you off the track. Sometimes they will even go backwards on the track like real online trolls do in certain racing games. It is unbelievable. It is pretty easy to get disoriented. The controls are very touchy. The cars like to over steer and spin out, making the car face the wrong direction. I used to play this a lot back in the very early 2000's. I originally had the N64 version which is not the best, then later I got the much more superior Dreamcast version. I have never owned the pc version. This is one of my favorite racing games from that era. I love the gas powered car sounds, and I love racing and RC cars in general. My favorite tracks are the Toy Store Tracks, The 2nd and 3rd races here. Re-Volt is now available on mobile. Not sure if it's the exact same game, but I tried the demo the other day. It seemed pretty decent, but there was no gas button. It was automatically on. This game also has one of the best soundtracks of all time! The music is perfect to keep your heart thumping perfectly in time during the race action. The last race on this video, and The theme song are my favorites.

A large two seater jet propelled plane that pulls off back flips easy, and with minimal ground clearance. It also does upside down drops and recovers with ease. I suppose you could call it a rocket powered glider, because unlike my last plane, this one does not have a fuselage. It is pretty much a big wing with seats under it

The Rancher that chases the player on the mission "Test Track" was black in the original version. I think that has something to do with why the game may get confused when you store it in a garage. i'm really not sure, but I am sure this is a bug.
