And then a couple of weeks later, they sort of issued a release, said, hey, the, the current Bi, or CPAPs and BiPAPs that they have across the US that many people use are dangerously defective. Right. Because they emit these types of chemicals. And, and so, and then shortly after that, there was a recall. So it almost looks like if you're a very suspicious that they're pushing people into their new model plan, right. Yeah. Yeah. John Paul Mac Isaac, the laptop repair shop owner who of course is the man at the center of Hunter Biden's laptop. He's the guy that basically put it on the national radar by alerting the FBI that they had Hunter Biden's laptop in his shop, did an interview with Newsmax this week where he told Newsmax that not only is he willing to go and talk to Republicans when they take over and launch an investigation in the Hunter Biden's laptop, he does have one condition though, but he also said that he's been working with lawmakers on this issue for five or six months. Here's what he had to say. I've been working with members of Congress over the past five, six months to make sure that they have the resources, that they have my side of the story, and I've also offered to continue that level of support if they want me to come in and testify. I only have one condition, and that is I get to wear my kilt. So he's obviously joking about that. They really don't care what you wear. You're allowed to wear your kilt if you wanna wear it. So he's basically saying, I'm willing to go. I will go, and I will testify in front of the Republican controlled committee that's gonna be investigating this, because I want them to hear my side of the story. Now, that's interesting. That's interesting. It reminds me of a story from about a year ago from John Paul Mac Isaac, who came out publicly in an interview and said that Republicans are mischaracterizing what's on Hunter Biden's laptop. And in many instances he said, they're just making things up, huh? I want to hear from John Paul Mack, Isaac. I want him to go and testify. I wanna know what he's been saying to lawmakers over the past five, six months about Hunter Biden's laptop. I mean, he said he is been working with them, but he said he is been working with members of Congress. He didn't say Republicans. He didn't say Democrats. I I I think that's very interesting that he, that he only said members of Congress, didn't specify a party. But again, about a year ago, he did come out and say, Republicans are mischaracterizing what's on this laptop. And that was, you know, a big blow to the Republican narrative, or at least it would've been if anybody paid a bit of attention to that story when it happened. I do trust this man. I, I do think it's weird that he got Hunter Biden's laptop and then called the fbi. I still think that's a little like, why would you, why, why would you automatically call the FBI instead of just fixing the laptop? Um, so you know, there's that, but he seems to have been very honest. He doesn't seem to be partisan, you know, he said, Hey, Republicans are lying about what's on the laptop. Basically, he said, I'm talking to members of Congress. I'm willing to go and testify. So let's do it. If this guy can put to bed All of the speculation about Hunter Biden's laptop, let him do it. If this guy can show you that Hunter Biden committed a crime on that laptop, let him do it. Because my position on Hunter Biden and this stupid laptop story from day one has been, if he committed a crime, arrest him. I don't care. A federal judge has blocked a North Carolina from going into effect that would have made it a criminal offense for a politician to knowingly lie about their opponents in their political ads. This country has, of course seen some pretty horrible court rulings in just the last couple of months. And here is another really bad court ruling this time from an Obama appointed judge in the state of North Carolina that recently effectively put a restraining order against a law in North Carolina, allowing it to not be enforced. And this law prohibited lying in political ads about your enemies and Obama appointed judge in an attempt to protect a democratic candidate who is being sued by a Republican for lying about him and an ad. This judge says, Nope, this law is unenforceable right now. I'm putting a restraining order on there. This Democrat cannot be sued right now, or criminally prosecuted under this law. That's absurd. I, that is absolutely one of the worst things I've seen from a, a supposedly liberal judge in quite some time. And this particular judge by the way, has some awesome rulings in her past. You know, she's been great on social issues. And then when it comes down to, you know, other important issues that are not social issues, she sucks. And I'm pointing that out because that is something that Mike Papantonio has been pointing out here on ring of fire for years and years and years. And people don't seem to listen to it. But literally here as a judge, he was struck, she has struck down abortion bans. She has protected all of these, you know, culture, war issues that Republicans have started. She's protected our rights, but then when it comes down to protecting us from literally anything else, her rulings are pure trash. Why in God's name other than, of course, to protect the Democrat that was being sued. Why would you want it to be legal, to lie about your political opponents in your ad campaigns? This was a good law saying that you cannot knowingly spread false information about your rivals in your ads. Hell, we need that as a national law here in the United States, political ads in this country get uglier and uglier each election cycle. We have candidates mostly on the right, by the way, throwing out these God awful labels that are completely untrue about their democratic opponents under this law, you legally couldn't do that. You'd be able to be sued for it. You might even be able to be criminally prosecuted for it. And the judge says, no, no, because it's coming in front of me because you're wanting to Sue this Democrat who did it, and I'm gonna protect them. And that's trash. The judge, of course, did not explicitly say she wants to protect the Democrat, but by issuing this ruling, she is protecting a Democrat, but it's a Democrat who lied about their opponent and had to face justice under the law. And I'm sorry, but I'm not so tribal that I don't think Democrats should be prosecuted when they break the law, they should be held accountable. Those people should be kicked out of the party. We have to show that we are better than our competition on the right, but apparently this judge disagrees with me and is willing to strike down one of the best, you know, political advertisement laws in the country.
