80 ml coconut oil/ or your choice (1/3 cup)
60 ml milk/ plant milk(1/4 cup)

120 g cake flour(~1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 g dried cranberries(~ 1/3 cup)
bake 30-35 minutes at 170°C/ 340°F
