We are Dutch Vanlife Couple Patrick and Petra. Welcome to our full time campervan adventure. We have been living in our van now for the seventh year. And in that time we have switched campervans five times. This time we are living in an old Renault Master Campervan from 1989. The van doesn't start anymore. In this episode we try to switch the leisure battery with the starter battery. But first we need to charge it by the sun with solar power. For this we use our Goal Zero Yeti 400 and Goal Zero Boulder 100 Solar Panel. We bought a battery charger to charge our vehicle starter battery. Because we use a calcium battery we bought the Arctic 4000 GYS battery charger. We also needed to measure the Voltage from both batteries. Herefor we purchased a Multimeter. To actually do the job we also bought Wingnuts and last but not least: an open ended spanner set! Will the solar power charge our battery? Will our Campervan start again?
