SpaceX Starship Delayed Years SpaceX Joins FAA Lawsuit
It looks like if SpaceX Starship is delayed it will be due to litigation with a group of environmental organizations and the FAA.
The Federal Aviation Association is being sued to revoke SpaceX's license to continue with Starship launches until an (EIS) Environmental Impact Statement is submitted which could take years.
SpaceX has decided to join the FAA in the lawsuit but a "BIGGER" entity that trumps all three parties may put a timely END to the matter!
