Why must we share the gospel of God's grace with everyone?
Three Reasons
1. Everyone is depraved in their nature (vv.1-3)
2. Everyone is destined for judgment (vv.4-5)
3. Everyone is despairing of salvation (v.6)
Central Idea: “Without the gospel of God's grace, everyone will perish.” (“Kung wala ang ebanghelyo ng biyaya ng Diyos, lahat ay mapapahamak.”)

Being persecuted is a difficult experience. We experience hostility, harassment, and ill-treatment from others because of our beliefs. They may use verbal abuse or maybe even physical abuse. We may suffer because we choose to stand by our faith. Through intimidation and threats, they do all they can to force us to conform. How can we find comfort during such difficult times?

The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them. 10 You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind. 11 Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed. 12 You will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow. 13 Be exalted in your strength, Lord; we will sing and praise your might. (Psalm 21:1-13)
The key to successful leadership is dependence on the Lord. Leaders are always faced with great challenges. They need to trust in the Lord and not in themselves in order to succeed. It's tempting to just rely on our own strengths, wisdom, or efforts to accomplish our goals. But without the Lord, leaders will not succeed.

Will he or she believe and entrust everything to the Lord or will he or she just continue on as if the Lord did not confront him or her with the Gospel? This is the crisis of faith. We have to decide and we need to decide in the right way, that is we must believe rather than reject the Gospel. Not deciding is already a decision and we will be held accountable for rejecting the truth.

He will instruct them in the ways they should choose. 13 They will spend their days in prosperity, and their descendants will inherit the land. 14 The Lord confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them. 15 My eyes are ever on the Lord, for only he will release my feet from the snare. 16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. 17 Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish. 18 Look on my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins. 19 See how numerous are my enemies and how fiercely they hate me! 20 Guard my life and rescue me; do not let me be put to shame, for I take refuge in you. 21 May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, Lord, is in you. 22 Deliver Israel, O God, from all their troubles! (Psalm 25:1-22)
Once you surrender your life to God, you want to live according to His ways. You want to pursue righteousness. You don't want to sin anymore. But try as hard as we can, we still sin. When that happens, we feel ashamed of ourselves. Our enemy, Satan, who is the accuser of God's people, will try to convince us to hide or to withdraw. He will remind us that we are not worthy to be part of God's people anymore. But this is not the way of the Spirit.

Christian workers must be raised up and trained. Then, they should be given clear instructions on how they will do their ministry so that they will be successful.

His eyes watch in secret for his victims; 9 like a lion in cover he lies in wait.He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net. 10 His victims are crushed, they collapse; they fall under his strength. 11 He says to himself, “God will never notice; he covers his face and never sees.” (Psalm 10:1-11)
God has allowed both weeds and wheat to grow side by side in the church. The weeds are those who come to know God but eventually they stop obeying Him and start living sinful lives. They still claim to be Christians but their lives do not conform to that reality. The wheat represents those who continue to be faithful to God in spite of the challenges. Christians who continue to love and obey God are bothered when they see other Christians who seem to be living sinful lives. They are further agitated when God doesn't seem to deal with such people. So, they ask the question, "Why?"
