FIX WiFi is connected but no internet access fiber connection. If you have internet from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) thru Fiber optic cable. The ISP will have one fiber box where the fragile glass fiber is connected to a Fiber connection socket for GPON (Gigabit Ethernet passive optical network). From the fiber wall mounted box, you have a fiber patch cord cable. It's not very accurate to call it a cable. Cord is more appropriate and the data is transmitted and received via a single glass fiber for simplex or dual upstream and downstream duplex fiber cord as 2 cords with 2 connectors on each side. Usually it's 1 connector for the fiber optic connector. The fiber optic cable is very sensitive to mechanical torsion and should never be bent too tight. Loose coils are fine. If the fiber patch cord is broken, you can replace it with a new cord. Next is the GPON Converter box that translates Ethernet data frames to optical signal for transmission and from optical signal to Ethernet for the reception. After that it's usually a router or modem box from the ISP and your router or devices connected to the ISP modem or router. If your wifi is connected it might be a problem with the router or modem from the ISP or the fiber converter box. Fix WiFi internet connection problems at home for internet connection router or Fiber modem. Fix wifi no internet access on home internet connection. Fix Wifi is connected but no internet access is fixed. To fix your internet problem easier. Turn off power to all boxes related to internet, router, modem, fiber converter. After 5-10 seconds turn the power back on to all the internet modem, router, fiber converter and wait a few minutes to finalize initialization. On your router, the internet led should start flashing and you can check if the internet connection is back to normal. If there is still no internet, contact your ISP and follow their instructions. A restart of all internet provider boxes and your router usually fixes 90% of the problems with no internet or slow internet at home.
