I don't know of any other churches who do it this way, but I thought I'd share anyway. Originally, we had a team of four people in the video booth, a producer, a director, a graphics operator, and a VTR operator. With the complexity of some of the productions we'd do, it was nice to separate the responsibilities.
We used two Mac Pros; both had propresenter. One was dedicated to lyrics (called graphics) and the other was dedicated to videos (called VTR for the old production term for a video tape recorder).
