Hi Guys, Here we have a train I have had for a while... never really wanted to post it because I felt it was incomplete. More on that later. But this is MTH's Solid Rocket booster set. I purchased only the cars. I got the Florida East Coast SD70 Later, and the FEC GP38 to go with it. What was incomplete about this set was the buffer cars in between each rocket section.. So I set out to get ribbed box cars, and painted them UP yellow. The only thing I have to do with those now is put UP herald decals on them. But anyway with the SD70, GP38 and Buffer cars, I feel this is now complete and ready to show. At 5pm on 3/27/2013, the Iowa Interstate #710 & 717 derailed heading into a local industry in Henry, Illinois. There was no damage, and no injuries to the train or crew. The cause was determined to be Industry Owned defective tract. It was NOT IAIS track. . . . . . .
