The individuals are wanted for Looting/Theft at Amera Gas Station located at 4708 W, Girard Ave. The suspects were last seen fleeing in a small silver sedan and a Black SUV.

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a robbery by force.
On Friday, July 14, 2023 at around 10:50 am, the complainant, a convenience store owner, was arriving back to his store at the 4700 block of Almeda Genoa, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as he arrived and was walking towards the entrance to the store, two unknown males approached him and forcibly grabbed his cash from his hands, The complainant stated that he briefly struggled with the suspects, who were able to overpower him, and grab the cash that he was carrying. The suspects then got into a black Toyota 4-runner and fled the scene. Houston PD #998410-23
Note: The complainant stated that prior to the incident, he went to the Hamni Bank, located at 6588 Corporate and withdrew a large sum of money at the drive-thru window. The complainant stated that he believes that the suspects followed him back to his store.
Suspect description: Black male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’8 to 5’10, 150 to 150 pounds, black pants and black hoodie and black cap.

A gunman is in custody this evening after he opened fire on three Madison Precinct detectives just before 1 p.m. on Dickerson Pike. They returned fire.

On Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at around 9:30 am, an unknown male entered a general store, located at the 3200 block of West Fuqua, in Houston, Texas. The male walked into the store, picked up a pair of gloves, and then concealed them in his pocket. An employee witnessed the male placing the merchandise into his pocket and asked him if he intended on paying for them. The male then pulled out a handgun and threatened to harm the employee. On Sunday, February 26, 2023 at around 4:00 pm, an unknown female entered a beauty supply store, located at the 8300 block of Cullen, in Houston, Texas. The female walked to the wig section within the store, selected a wig, and concealed it her purse. A security guard, who was working security at the location, witnessed the incident and confronted the female along with an employee. The store employee informed the female that they saw her conceal a wig in her purse. The female became very confrontational and assaulted the store employee, assaulted the security guard, and then fled the location in a silver Ford Fusion. Houston PD #285174-23

On Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at around 11:10 am, the complainant had just parked at a commercial parking lot at the 9600 block of Bellaire, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was suddenly approached from behind by an unknown male, who forcibly threw him to the ground. The suspect grabbed a money bag that the complainant was holding and then ran back to a dark colored Ford Fusion and fled the location. Houston PD #951859-23
Prior to the incident, the complainant had withdrawn cash from the Bank of America at 11288 Westheimer and was likely followed by the suspects. The suspects were in two separate vehicles, a dark colored Ford Fusion and a black Chrysler 300 with fake paper tags.
Suspect description: Black male, 25 to 25 years old, 5’9 to 6’0, medium build and wearing dark clothing.

The Oxnard Police Department has released a Critical Incident Community Briefing video of the officer involved shooting incident that occurred at approximately 6:00 A.M. on Sunday, March 12, 2023.

Immediately preceding the shooting incident, three Oxnard Police Department officers were conducting a DUI investigation on the north side of the 100 block of West Fourth Street, between ‘A' Street and Oxnard Boulevard. Officers Shayn Schwartz, Alexus Santos, and Bryce Parker were finishing up the investigation. Officer Santos was standing on the sidewalk with a member of the public when the suspect, Adam Barcenas, quickly approached from the west. Barcenas was not involved with the DUI investigation. Barcenas was yelling at the officers, repeatedly stating that he hated them. Barcenas was wielding a steel bar, approximately five feet in length, with both hands. Barcenas continued to yell at the officers as he advanced towards them. Officers Santos and Parker drew their tasers, and Officer Schwartz drew his service firearm. The member of the public was directed to move away from the danger, and the officers commanded Barcenas to put the bar down. Barcenas ignored the officers’ commands and continued to advance towards the officers in an aggressive and threatening manner.
Barcenas advanced on Officer Schwartz, and Officer Schwartz fired four shots from his firearm. Three of the four bullets struck Barcenas. Barcenas was shot in the inner thigh of his right leg, his left hip and his left upper torso. Simultaneously, Officer Santos fired her taser. The taser probes struck Barcenas, but embedded in Barcenas’ clothing and did not penetrate his skin. Officer Parker did not fire his taser.
Following the shooting, the officers rendered first aid until EMS personnel arrived on scene. Barcenas was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center, and was pronounced deceased at approximately 8:30 A.M.
Witnesses at the scene provided statements to detectives.
The officers, as well as the members of the public who were present at the scene, were not harmed during the incident.
