I am an independent journalist, I have been in food retail management for 35 years. I have held Store Manager titles with various retail chains and independents. I have learned an incredible amount in that time. Today I want to use my knowledge to inform the public of places that are safe and places that are not and various issues surrounding retail stores with the covid-19 pandemic. I know all of the tricks from regrinding meat to water in eggplants and everything in-between. Do not use my videos to punish people else I will make a video on you about it. I requested all data regarding this location from Open Record at the department of Agriculture on *8.9.21 , you too can do this here - http://agr.georgia.gov/open-records.aspx They scan out bad product so there is a trail if they threw it out, and they also have cameras around the area and in the backroom recieiving area. Just want to make sure the right thing was done here!! Internal cameras will show it. But if you want to be logical about it, 1 entire case was cleared out, that took some time and the refrigeration would seem to have been down quite sometime before I even showed up for them to clear out an entire case, that is a LOT of product!! .
