The Division 2 - Build Guide | WT4 (CHALLENGE MODE)
(World Tier 4) Challenge mode build guide. In this video, I discuss the logic behind my decisions equipping each piece of gear, and show 13 minutes of gameplay at the end. The gameplay is from The American History Museum, Challenge difficulty (SOLO). I included one of the heavy mini-bosses at the end, to show how to deal with them (hint: shoot in the face with signature weapon).
THE BUILD: Cluster seeker grenade | Oxidizer chem launcher | Survivalist. High skill power (8008), with decent survivability and crit chance. 451 gear score. As gear score rises with WT5, you can transfer the perks in you want.
Snake eyes has an unorthodox fighting style, and a few dirty moves that make the fight extremely dangerous.
Luckily for me, this is just the type of fight I like to master. It may appear frustrating, but I can assure you, it's all part of the plan. LET'S DANCE.

POE. EARLY MAPPING BUILD. Video shown is at 22 hours played, and just starting to map. Very easy to play, and has a LOT of growth left. The idea is to queue up a huge bleed by stacking as many "more" multipliers as possible.
Just put down a totem, buff with a warcry, and then hit earthquake (EQ). Stay mobile, and tap EQ as you run around. Very easy to play, and runs smooth. Gear in the video is super scuffed. WILL update as I progress.
update(1): I had Brutality support slotted with EQ. I have since swapped it out for Melee Phys support, since I need to run further tests with bleed damage. Once I get a 6-link chest, the last slot is still open for discussion. In the bleed calculation above, I use melee phys support.
update(2): I had originally thought a critical strike from a physical attack causes a bleed (in addition to the separate stat "chance to inflict bleeding"). I'm not sure if this is true anymore, according to the wiki " A critical strike that deals elemental damage also inflicts elemental ailments: ignite from fire damage, freeze from cold damage, and shock from lightning damage.", but it does not mention a physical hit causing a bleed from a critical strike.
update(3): slotted out phys reflect reduction nodes (still died at 13% phys reflect immediately), went over and got the dirty techniques 3 nodes (includes 20% more bleed chance). Up to 90% bleed chance now.
update(4): swapped out the two crit nodes areas for HP nodes on the talent tree, few other talents rearranged. **updated imgur link to include the new talent nodes as of this update.
