Journal Entry 1867 and Easter Sunday - From An Abandoned Project called "Memoirs"
This is 1 of 4 songs from an abandoned project we called "Memoirs" Based an old journal writings from ordinary people in the 19th century (some songs in the project were based on authentic journal entries). "Journey Entry 1867" is the writings of a humble farmer in the mid-west US. He talks about his struggles, wishes, hopes and dreams.

In this video I show you how to write something similar to the music from the album Music For Airports: Ambient 1 by Brian Eno - specifically in the Reaper DAW.
The method is somewhat generative, but not strictly. You are basically combining looped phrases and having them repeat so that they do not start and stop at the same time - in this way, and in the context of them being played together, the track never sounds the same throughout its duration.
However, if you isolate a single track or phrase, it does loop the same.
There are no rules though, so you could change a loop and play it differently later on. The sky's the limit.
Here's a shorter tutorial on using the method:

This is Part 2 in a series called The Ghost In The Machine. The AI art prompt generator called Midjourney (V5.1) was used. These are a series of glitchy and broken images which make very little sense (though have a sense of familiarity).
The same prompt was used (it's a secret) and none of the pictures fit the prompt, yet they were all unique, strange, creepy and otherworldly.
...enjoy?

Deep Conjuring II is a deep sound design instrument that can dial up your nightmares or your wildest dreams, and is a collaboration between Sound Aesthetics Sampling and Beautiful Void Audio.
The goal was to create beautiful, strange and otherworldly sounds that resemble conventional sounds at times, with a unique timbre and mood. That being said, creating truly unique and terrifying presets is also a strength of the instrument.
There are a total of 138 sound sources (1.98GB - 203 samples, at 24bit 48hz).
The combination of the novel sound design and the innovative engine make it possible to create a wide range of presets - from percussion, plucks and harps, to dark and intense drones, strange feedback noises, beautiful pads, and much more.
Each NKI Instrument (Main NKI and FX NKI) features a dedicated preset system, which can be saved and recalled within the instrument itself. No need to deal with snapshots in any way.
Requires the full version of Kontakt 6.2.2 (R51) or higher.
This release has been added to the Half Light Sampling Collection and is free to existing users.
The sound design process before the Kontakt Instrument was made:
In order to create unique samples, we put various sounds through convolution reverb, then modulated certain parameters of the reverb and recorded the changes live for each sample.
The original sound sources include harps, flutes, violins, rain, tornado sirens, soft synths, and more.

Just having some fun drifting around Monaco. In order to do this, you must race without ABS and probably TC, and turn your Brake bias down. Then you must "expertly" use the brake pedal in such a way that you don't completely spin, but drift "just enough" around the corners. You will notice that I failed to drift at all at some corners - I was too cautious on the brakes.
Notice also the lovely organ music provided by myself. Probably my best playing ever.
This is a joke. I entitled the video "Rally Driver Tried F1..." because rally drivers are known for drifting. I was so slow racing around this track that I decided to have some fun and just drift for a few laps.

Post Modern Breeze is a dramatic indie rock instrumental that I created a few years back. I used various virtual instruments on Kontakt, including the vocal instruments by Ivy Audio
https://ivyaudio.com/index#banner (the "Clare" libraries).
They did an amazing job with it and are still willing to give it away for free!
If you're interested in licensing this track, it is available Royalty Free on Pond5:
