"Moving heat" side mission starts, it's related to car we jacked for stadium infiltration in "Firestarter" main sotry mission, after this side mission we have another "Quadra Sport R-7" variant, "Charon". This mission when it wasn't updated yet caused traffic disappearing glitch when played as intended, i got small update on steam which fixed it in here.
