Female amateur boxing star Laura 'Cyclone' Kelly from Rochdale and who trains at Bobby Rimmers gym in Manchester opened up the Black Flash Promotions show at the Middleton Arena on October 25th with a great half hour pad session with her dad, the 'Pad Man' himself Scott Kelly. Laura, 20, is a four times National champion at three different weights and a two time European Bronze medallist. She has been training with the GB Squad in Sheffield for a number of years but after finding it difficult to get regular fights she is now on the verge of turning professional. She is one to watch!
