DUMBs were also built in Canada and Sweden in 1995. The military technology of flying sources, black helicopters etc. is easily over 50 years ahead of publicly known technology.
According to USA military there are 9 negative alien tribes and 2 benevolent tribes on earth. He outlines the NWO plan the eliminate 5-6 billion of global people and enslave the rest. Mr Schneider left this work in 1995 realizing the mischief it was serving, despite warning he could not do so. He survived many attacks on his live while giving these lectures.
This last known video, was made in Denver in November 1995 and "lost" until late august 1996. Phil Schneider was "terminated" on 11 January 1996. Mr. Schneider was found strangled to death in his apartment. Bizarrely the cause of death was officially said to be suicide. Mysteriously he was found with ligature marks on his neck. Surviving is his former wife, Cynthia Dreyer (Schneider), and his daughter. May his message travel far - to alert all of the terrible dangers facing all of us.

Schneider says he was confronted by them and forced to draw his sidearm and fire. He said he killed two before being hit with some kind of plasma weapon. he lost several fingers in the brief but real encounter. He escaped and the military immediately called in a special forces unit called Delta Force..
His father Otto Oscar Schneider, born in Germany on 21 January 1906 served as a U-Boat Captain for NS Germany during World War II. Schneider was repatriated into U.S. Naval Intelligence, during Operation Paperclip, and was used in helping to develop submarines. He was a master mechanical engineer.
Phil's father Otto settled in Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, where he fathered Philip Schneider, on 23 April 1947.[6] Both father and son Schneider's died in the mid-1990s, about two and half years apart. Otto Schneider died 13 May 1993.

**Step 1: AMORPHOUS STAGE- the team**
“Unity is strength,” the young poet Mattie Stepanek once wrote, “when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can happen.”
Before you do anything, you’re need a team. Your goal here is to gather like-minded people. Preferably people with a good amount of free time and lots of connections with local business owners.
The typical local currency team is, according to Peter North, made up of: a core group facilitator, a treasurer, a directory producer, a marketer, publicity person, and a social secretary/marketing coordinator.
Now you can choose how your currency will be based.
There are three foundations to any monetary system: fiat, valued, or backed. Choose one. It’s your currency. But now that you’re surrounded by all these people, let them weigh in.
Know that money is about trust. And if it’s backed by something, whether some kind of shared value or something physical, you’ll have more trust points in your bank.
You could go the traditional route and back yours with physical stuff. Or you could get creative and value it with nonmaterial things like services or rare goods or time.
**Step 2: RAISE IT- the resources**
Start thinking about how you’re going to finance this crazy project.
You’re going to need resources for printing (if you’re going paper), marketing and setting up the exchange. Go to your local printers and see how this can be done. **STEP 3: DESIGN IT.**
You’ll need two types of designs for your currency: Inner and outer.
- Inner design is how the currency works. You base this largely on what it’s backed against. Time-based? Commodity-based? Mutual credit? Fiat? Demurrage? Is it paper money or digital? Or both?
- Outer design:
Incentive for people to make people want to use your currency. Keep it simple. “It has to be a simple currency, it has to be a simple marketing; E.g. the Brixton Pound has two things: their currency is well-designed on the outside and appeals to the local community. They also leveraged technology using mobile phones for payments. E.g.. run a design competition and ask the community who and what they would like to see on the notes.

**STEP 4: PROMOTE IT.**
Confidence, present your system as a done deal. We didn’t go around saying, ‘We’re thinking of starting a local currency, blah blah blah…’
“It doesn’t matter that we hadn’t printed it, those things came later”. Intention is everything. Doubt destroys. Faith builds.
You’ll need evangelists. Every monetary transaction is a leap of faith, a relationship. And as in any relationship, there needs to be a level of trust between a human and his or her money. Build strong relationships with “connectors” people who know lots of people. They will give credibility and open up avenues you wouldn’t otherwise have access to. Give them value first, help them achieve their goals in some way.
You’re taking the road less travelled, so there will be many bumps along the way.
Be open, it will be a work in progress and course-correction is important and constant, especially at the very beginning.
Ensure that nothing corrupts your initial vision. Avoid anything that threatens to put a weakness in your plan. Drop hard-to-adopt dynamics. Don’t waste your energy on people who are overly sceptical.
