Ok- I've put up with my crazy neighbor & her friends antics against me for over 3 yrs now since I agreed to allow her to make $50 minimum monthly payments on that settlement agreement- its been 3 yrs of late payments, no payments, payments made illegally (placed in my mailbox by friends, placed in my screen door- not mailed per the contract stipulations) 3 ys of keeping tabs on google docs- Its been 3 yrs of being harrassed by her... her friends & 3 yrs of her soliciting her friends to destroy my property "because- they feel like it & lifes a bitch"- 3 yrs of fending off people who feel they have a right to cause me grief because she owes me money for her actions against me!- basically I'm just tired of having to deal with the neighbor from hell & her scumbag friends on a monthly basis- I need to end the settlement agreement - but to do so... I need to first file all the legal mumbo jumbo in the court house so the Judge can make a ruling at some point....
