In this tutorial, I explain how to take old video game cut scenes and up-scaling them while increasing visual quality greatly, using Vegas Pro & Gigapixel A.I., and the workflow on how to do it properly. I also use a program called Video to JPG Converter to best extract every single frame from any video, to then be imported into Gigapixel A.I. and exported again, to Vegas Pro for the final render.
