A bipartisan amendment sponsored by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand to the Defense Spending Bill that was recently passed by the U.S. House and is headed to the Senate establishes not only an office to study UFOs, but also a program to reverse engineer UFO technology.

Arguably, the most important series of videos ever filmed of UFOs are those that were captured over the Black Sea from Turkey by a fisherman in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Not only do the videos show sustained images of unearthly flying craft hovering over the sea, but the captures also show remarkable images of the vehicles' occupants. While some lazy efforts have been made to debunk the videos by skeptics, the videos have never been proven to be hoaxed.
