On the 20th April 2021, Ricardo Maarman approached the Western Cape High court to issue an order to the Presidency to show the evidence of Sars-CoV2 virus isolation. The case was heard on the 27th May 2021 and the judge of the High Court of the Western Cape ruled that it is not an urgent matter that the government of the Republic of South Africa produce the evidence for its claim that a virus called Sars-CoV2 actually exists!
