60 g peanut butter/melted biscoff spread(4 tbsp)
80 g canned coconut milk/ yogurt (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon honey
50 g almond flour(1/2 cup)
80 g rolled oats (~1 cup)
30 g chocolate chips (1/4 cup)
crunchy almond pieces/protein crispies
50 g dark chocolate (1.75 oz)
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
put in the freezer for 15 minutes/ fridge for 30 min

30 g ground almonds / 4 1/4 tablespoons.
6 g baking powder / 1 1/4 teaspoons.
