► Def Noodles Sues Keemstar for Defamation Def Noodles suing Keemstar for malicious disinformation, basically defamation. I believe that the jury will find in favour of Keemstar because of his track record of suing people. Keemstar is quite careless in this situation because he just wants Def Noodles' YouTube 100k play button. His large income, mainly from Snapchat, has no effect on him, as he doesn't care about the costs of damages. What is Def Noodles suing Keemstar for? In case you're wondering, Keemstar knowingly put out false information against Def Noodles' to tarnish his reputation to his followers. However, there are some other important factors that we need to keep in mind before we come up with a conclusion. For context, Def Noodles has been called out numerously for creating or covering false allegations about other creators with being proven guilty. In such case as with James Charles. Now in retaliation, Keemstar called him out by running a false allegation for a taste of his own medicine in a sense of satire and everyone but Def Noodles understood this. Keemstar may have a strong case here because he said "allegedly," which surprisingly changes everything.
