The world is also trying to kill you with the S.A.D. diet. Standard American Diet. This diet will clog you up and cause disease. Qualities of a family man will be sober and vigilant. We have to be watchful of our families. To be a head of household you need to be a critical thinker, be wise, and have self autonomy. You need to be locked in and engaged during the dead season. Stay in the word meditating on it day and night and stay away from social media.If the mam is gone there is no hope for the woman which is the weaker vessel.
