This Benz is stuck in LIMP mode and won't go faster than 30 mph! This is actually a common issue and an easy repair for these cars. In today's video I'll be replacing the transmission conductor plate on this 2000 Mercedes C230k with the 4-speed automatic 722.6 transmission. These transmissions can actually be very reliable and cheap to maintain. Even this repair really didn't cost too much.

This repair is the same for all C-Class, E-Class, M-Class, S-Class, SL-Class, & Sprinter from '97 to '14.

In today's video we are going over the custom oil catch can I made for the 4.2 A6 after the carbon cleaning was performed. It definitely caught some interesting fluid at first and then started catching more oil blowby after a 1200-mile trip to Las Vegas. Anyone know of a company that makes these for the 4.2 or 3.2? I couldn't find anyone who made a direct fit catch can. What are your thoughts on catch cans? Do you have one? Thinking about installing one? Ever list a car and have someone ask if you can ship it? Usually, always a scam, right? I guess not in this case! I had a buyer who was interested in the Legacy GT but lived in San Antonio. The buyer asked me if I would work with him on shipping it there and I agreed. After verifying his identify and receiving a $500 deposit to know he was legit, we had secured a deal. Shortly after I received the remaining $8000, and the funds were cleared the next day. From there it took about 3-4 weeks to arrange a truck and a pickup date to ship it down to him at his expense. If I remember right, it cost about $1400 to ship it from Las Vegas to San Antonio in a covered carrier. The new owner received his Subaru within 2 days of it being loaded with zero issues. This is a first for me as I have never shipped a car I have sold. However, I have had several experiences of someone trying to have me ship a car and they are always scams. So, I would say if you were ever in this situation, make sure the buyer is legit and the funds are cleared BEFORE the car is ever loaded up. For me, this process went extremely smooth, and I did end up making some $$$ on the Legacy GT after the full engine rebuild. Seems like a win-win across the board and everyone is happy. Now, back to Audi and I likely won't be touching a Subaru again. As much as I like them, they just aren't practical for my life anymore. Plus, I prefer how the German cars drives and feel 10x better at least. What are your guy's thoughts? Ever had a similar experience? What's up guys! Today I just wanted to do a quick shout out on these LED lights I found on Amazon over 2 years ago now and they are still going strong and work great! I used 1 of them as an under the car/hood light and it got stepped on and dropped several times and nothing broke. To me these LED lights are a must have upgrade! In today's video we are saying goodbye to the car that really helped get my channel started and made me fall in love with Audis. I got this 2007 Audi A6 Avant for only $1200 back in 2019 due to it needing some work. My friends always told me I should start a channel or just document the stuff I work on so I started making videos on this car. My very first video ever made was on this car, and my most popular video ever made was on this car. Loved this ride and of course got it for a very good deal and fixed countless items on it from the MMI system to the timing chain tensioners and everything in between. This A6 was AMZAING in the snow storms we had and also the best ski car one could ask for. Really good all wheel drive with the quattro system and sooo much room in the back for ski's/snowboards or any gear you need to fit. This was by far the most functional car I've owned for my lifestyle. Its bitter sweet to let it go as there isn't many of these around, but on to bigger and better things.
